The Measure of Accountability

Accountability is more than a word—it’s a reflection of moral courage. When we wrong someone, whether intentionally or not, the honorable response is to admit it, make amends, and move forward with honesty. Unfortunately, those who prefer to double down on their falsehoods often reveal far more about themselves than about the people they target.

Truth requires no embellishment and time eventually exposes the dishonest. Silence, in the face of wrongdoing, is not peace—it is complicity. While some hope that ignoring the damage they caused will make the matter fade away, justice has a way of catching up. 

I am that Justice. 

To this day, neither Bret Gordon, Daniel Duplantis, nor any of the parties associated with their actions have made any effort to retract, correct, or otherwise acknowledge the false and damaging claims they previously published or circulated. No apology, clarification, or expression of remorse has been offered, either publicly or privately, despite being fully aware of their attempt to harm my reputation, my professional standing, and the well-being of those Gordon and his proxies targeted, including a former student and  his 13 year old daughter. 

Gordon's and Duplantis's concentrated act of disseminating false information to third parties was the final straw. 

Make no mistake actual crimes were committed. 

Their silence for these acts is not an apology—it is an act of cowardice and a deliberate refusal to take responsibility for their unlawful and unethical conduct. Such inaction further underscores the absence of integrity and accountability that has characterized this matter from the beginning.

This continued refusal to accept responsibility or to take steps toward corrective action reflects a disregard for truth and ethical conduct. Accordingly, the absence of any attempt to resolve or repair this matter left no alternative but to pursue all appropriate remedies, both legal and administrative, to their full and final conclusion. 

The actions taken to date, and those that will follow, are a direct response to the crimes that were committed not only against me but my former student and his daughter. The proceedings that have been set in motion shall continue until the record has been fully corrected, their actions addressed publicly, accountability achieved, jail and civil actions.

Predators in a Gi: Why Ninjer Killer Exists

Ninjer Killer is dedicated to the exposure and obliteration of ALL martial arts fraud. Martial arts frauds and fake instructors are conmen who pose an inherent danger to their students and the broader martial arts community. These types have no place in the martial arts community and should be exposed and run out of the martial arts and thrown in prison. Ninjer Killer exists for this very reason.

The martial arts world has long been plagued by frauds—men who invent ranks, fabricate lineages, and crown themselves masters. They hide behind titles, belts, uniforms, and impressive-sounding organizations to create the illusion of authority. To the untrained eye they appear legitimate. To the unsuspecting student they appear worthy of trust. Too often, that trust is exploited.

This has nothing to do with martial arts politics. It isn't about guarding egos or claiming the moral high ground. This is about danger. This is about real peril. The raw, lurking peril of frauds who infest the martial arts. They are a singular breed of malevolence, shadows masquerading as masters.

Fraudulent instructors frequently build environments where intimidation, manipulation, and abuse thrive. They craft lairs where intimidation festers, manipulation coils, and abuse hungers unchecked. Across the years, their toxic domains have spawned horrors producing disturbing patterns—grooming of minors, sexual exploitation, threats against critics, harassment of innocent people, death threats, bounties placed on individuals who speak out, and even threats against children.

Some of these individuals go even further, attempting to shield themselves behind a carefully constructed image of morality. They present themselves as men of faith, claiming Christian values, using religious language, and portraying themselves as upright leaders within their communities. But the appearance of morality is not the same as character. In many cases, that image becomes just another tool used to gain trust and disarm suspicion. These are not harmless eccentrics. They are predators wearing belts.

When someone falsely claims mastery, they gain power over students who believe they are learning from a legitimate teacher. That power can be abused. Silence allows that abuse to continue.

Ninjer Killer rejects that silence.

This blog investigates claims, examines evidence, and exposes deception wherever it appears. Titles, certificates, invented histories, and manufactured reputations will be challenged. False authority will be stripped away. Fraud will be documented for the world to see. And in some cases as some have found out actions both civil and criminal will be taken.

The goal is simple: truth and exposure of all frauds. To those frauds I say; think of NinjerKiller as a vigilante, your worst nightmare, a creature that will not stop hunting.

Martial arts should not serve as a mask for conmen and predators and that is what frauds are.
