Certain individuals, operating under aliases and through
intermediaries, have deliberately disseminated false and defamatory statements about
me to various instructors, organizations, and other parties. Among the
fabrications being circulated is the claim that I have a criminal history
involving violence. This allegation is
entirely false.
I have consistently passed all criminal background checks
for the past forty years, most recently in October 2025, confirming a
completely clean and verified record. Despite these facts, the spread of
misinformation continues—fueled by individuals using false identities and
fabricated credentials, including one claiming to be a licensed private
investigator and investigative journalist with a Ph.D.
Let me make this absolutely clear: any person or group
responsible for publishing, distributing, or endorsing false or defamatory
statements about me will be pursued through appropriate legal channels for
libel, slander, and defamation. In short, those involved are going to face
legal action. Those involved with this know who they are.
Moreover, some of the same individuals have been linked to
serious threats made against a former student of mine and his family. Bounties
were allegedly placed on both my head and those of my student. These actions
constitute criminal behavior, and the involved parties are going to be
prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
I have formally contacted all instructors and organizations
with whom I am affiliated—and several with whom I am not—requesting written
confirmation from anyone approached or provided with false information about my
background.
All individuals responsible for this campaign of defamation,
harassment, or intimidation will be held fully accountable through every legal
and professional avenue available to me.
