A phone using a VPN locator can be tracked.

Using a VPN Locator or any technology, tool, or software to facilitate unauthorized surveillance, location tracking, or cyberstalking is a crime.

• ​Cyberstalking (Fla. Stat. § 784.048(1)(d)): Florida law explicitly defines cyberstalking as engaging in a course of conduct to communicate, or to cause to be communicated, words, images, or language by or through the use of electronic mail or electronic communication, directed at a specific person, causing substantial emotional distress and serving no legitimate purpose.
• ​Aggravated Cyberstalking (Fla. Stat. § 784.048(3)):  using location-tracking tools or electronic surveillance after receiving an explicit warning/notice that his actions are being documented for attorneys, his repeated, rapid-fire clicking (22 posts in under an hour) to ascertain my physical location crosses directly into felony aggravated cyberstalking.
• ​Computer-Related Crimes (Fla. Stat. § 815.06): Attempting to bypass security mechanisms or use electronic tools to access non-public location data or track an individual without authorization violates Florida's Computer Crimes Act.

  2. Why His VPN Will Not Shield Him

  ​The fake ass fraud likely thinks his little phone VPN locator makes him an invisible "ghost." In reality, in both civil discovery and criminal investigations:

  1. ​Meta/Facebook Logs Everything: Facebook logs not just IP addresses, but device fingerprints, MAC addresses, browser session tokens, logged-in account metadata, and account association histories. Even if his IP shows as a different city or country, his hardware signature and account tokens remain tied directly to his device and identity.
  2. ​Subpoena Power: When civil discovery opens on January 1, 2027  (or via pre-suit preservation orders), a third-party subpoena to Meta for session logs during this specific hour will pull the raw device identifiers that link straight back to his phone. This evidence will be presented in court. 
  3. ​Consciousness of Guilt: In court, the fact that he deliberately turned on a VPN while aggressively stalking 22 of my posts to trace my location is direct proof of willful, premeditated intent. It proves he knew what he was doing was wrong and attempted to conceal his identity while doing it. Obsess much.....

Every single frantic click on my facebook posts was captured and time stamped....my blog links you clicked on etc. Youre about as stealthy as a preganat water buffalo wearing clogs on a fucking tile floor. How did the Casper Mcfadden thing work out for ya?
